It all started with a visit to Ipack-Ima, an international trade fair in Milan specializing in food and non-food packaging, which took place between 3 and 6 May 2022. Since then, negotiations between the Portuguese group José Neves and the Italian group Grifal have taken their course, culminating in a joint venture between the two groups: Seven cArtù Lda.
The fact that the two groups share similar values, skills and organizational cultures helped seal this partnership and make this investment decision, which fits in with the growth strategy outlined for the coming years for both economic groups.
This alliance strengthens the two groups’ position in the market and will allow them to expand their volume of opportunities, conquer new markets and increase their market share, in line with their planned growth strategy.
